The National Youth Talent Competition, The Canon’s Cup, ran from 1995 until 2002. During this time we witnessed many hundreds of first class performances by some amazingly talented young artists. We also managed to raise £1,000s for charitable causes ranging from church restorations and play groups to schools and youth projects. Without doubt some of The Canon’s Cup performers will go on to become household names of the future. The organising committee wish the very best of luck to all of the young performers in the future. The National winners are lsited below, watch out for them in the months and years to come. Good luck for the future and remember, whatever the problem, music will always be the answer.
